Furthermore, after experimenting with pop-up concepts, we have just launched our first own store, creating a full multi-channel experience for our customers.

As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of B2B & Retail to bring our offline channels to the next level. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships in the apparel industry, driving revenue growth in offline channels, and expanding market presence. This role reports directly to the CEO.

What you will be doing...

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies & tactical campaigns to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the B2B and own retail channels; own the overall marketing calendar for B2B and own retail
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for business development, including new partnerships, own store opportunities and non-traditional store formats (e.g. pop-up, corners, fairs).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners to drive sales growth and maximize product visibility; develop and execute tactical growth campaign; ensure brand and product consistency across channels.
  • Organize and execute product and brand trainings for key partners and own retail stores
  • (Jointly with marketing) lead the overall visual merchandising concept and make sure the Dagsmejan brand identify is communicated consistently across all POS in line with overall marketing plan.
  • Lead and mentor B2B & own store teams, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead the operational planning, forecasting and reporting processes for B2B and own stores.
  • Support daily business operations end-to-end
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead improvement projects in the own area as well as cross functional initiatives.

 

Your profile...

  • Bachelor or Masters´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management and business development, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry; experience in retail would be plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in B2B and retail channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Comfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Hands on mentality and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English & German (oral and in writing)
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP as master user (preferably Dynamics)
  • Valid permit to work in Switzerland
  • Passion for personal health, sleep health and wellbeing is a plus
