As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic ACCOUNT MANAGER B2B to lead our activities with our B2B partners. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships in the apparel industry, and who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role is based in Zurich.

What you will be doing...

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all B2B account management matters; cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and resellers
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies & tactical campaigns to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the B2B channels; own the overall marketing calendar for the B2B channel
  • Manage the seasonal collection and pre-order processes
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for business development within existing accounts; identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, close agreements and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Organize and execute product and brand trainings for key partners
  • (Jointly with marketing) own the overall visual merchandising concept and make sure the Dagsmejan brand identify is communicated consistently across all POS in line with overall marketing plan.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Lead the operational planning, forecasting and reporting processes for B2B
  • Support daily business operations end-to-end
  • Lead/support improvement projects in the own area as well as cross functional initiatives.


Your profile...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales management and business development, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in B2B.
  • Comfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Hands on mentality and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English & German (oral and in writing)
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP as master user (preferably Dynamics)
  • Valid permit to work in Switzerland
  • Passion for personal health, sleep health and wellbeing is a plus
