As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic ACCOUNT MANAGER B2B to lead our activities with our B2B partners. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships in the apparel industry, and who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role is based in Zurich.

What you will be doing...
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all B2B account management matters; cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and resellers
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies & tactical campaigns to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the B2B channels; own the overall marketing calendar for the B2B channel
- Manage the seasonal collection and pre-order processes
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for business development within existing accounts; identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, close agreements and ensure smooth onboarding
- Organize and execute product and brand trainings for key partners
- (Jointly with marketing) own the overall visual merchandising concept and make sure the Dagsmejan brand identify is communicated consistently across all POS in line with overall marketing plan.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
- Lead the operational planning, forecasting and reporting processes for B2B
- Support daily business operations end-to-end
- Lead/support improvement projects in the own area as well as cross functional initiatives.
Your profile...
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales management and business development, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in B2B.
- Comfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Hands on mentality and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English & German (oral and in writing)
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP as master user (preferably Dynamics)
- Valid permit to work in Switzerland
- Passion for personal health, sleep health and wellbeing is a plus
