To cover for the maternity leave of the incumbent manager, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Sourcing manager for a time-limited assignment from April 2024 until March 2025.

What you will be doing...

  • Production and purchasing planning:
  • Production planning to ensure that all production rounds run smoothly from a to z and the time schedule is kept.
  • Making sure the right garments are in the right place at the right time.
  • Purchasing:
  • Place production orders, keeping track of prices and leadtimes.
  • Maintenance of system parameters in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).


Your profile...

  • Bachelor or masters degree in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably in fashion/apparel/activewear
  • Comfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to establishing external collaborations with key partners at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can work independently and aiming for high-quality work
  • High level of problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
  • Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Valid permit to work in Switzerland
