As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead key marketing initiatives, building our brand, exploring new channels, building and nurturing partnerships with ambassadors and PR agencies and leading cross-functional/cross channel projects.

What you will be doing…

  • Jointly with the CEO, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
  • Building the brand through PR activities with agencies in Switzerland and abroad
  • Collaborations with ambassadors, like the Swiss national ice hockey team and Tudor pro cycling team, as well as charities and brand collaborations
  • Event marketing: using in person events to drive brand awareness
  • Content calender
    • Written content: manage creation of all content
    • Visual content: manage the flow of projects inhouse and outsourced
    • Manage all translations
  • Image and design development
    • Manage image and design folders
    • Coordinate developments of graphic design projects, POS and retail concepts
    • Manage all retouch projects
    • Manage all print projects
  • Photo and video shoots: support with organization of shoots including location, model booking, organization and crew.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.


Your profile...

  • bachelor or master’s degree in digital marketing/ marketing communication
  • 4+ years of experience marketing focusing
  • experience with image management
  • affinity to consumer products at the intersection of fashion and function
  • interest in health, wellbeing, sports and sleep
  • work independently and aim for high-quality work
  • fluent in English and German (oral and in writing)
  • master level in MS Office products, experience to work with e-commerce
