In order to further support and strengthen our team we are now looking for an APPAREL DESIGN/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT WORKING STUDENT (“WERKSTUDENT”) who would work within our product development team as well as on cross-functional projects, starting immediately.

What you will be doing…

  • Design & development: Support the internal product development process, working with the Product Developer on trend & color research, setting up technical drawings and techpacks for new concepts, bringing ideas from sketch to production, supporting on trim developments
  • Material management: Manage and maintain the lab dip and fabric library
  • Samples & fitting: Measure and prepare samples for the internal fitting sessions, assist during the fittings and record changes and comments
  • Sample management: Manage and maintain the development and production sample library, assist in photo shooting sample preparations
  • Support in day-to-day operational tasks and participate in cross-functional projects with other departments

Your profile...

  • A fashion design/textiles student who completed at least 3 semesters with focus on apparel technology, product engineering and apparel development
  • First experiences in fashion design, textiles and/or product A good understanding and sense for materials, workmanship and fit is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in working in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
  • Good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
  • Ability to work independently & structured and aim for high-quality work, interested to get hands-on experience in a high-paced start-up environment where you can make a difference
  • Comfortable working in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility, working hand-in-hand with the team, but meanwhile also taking responsibility for own tasks and bringing along an open-minded working manner
  • Fluency in English (oral and in writing). German is a plus, but no must
  • An interest in health and wellbeing
